Sync bookings to your calendar
See your bookings in the calendar app you already use, such as Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Kuuply gives you a private link, and your calendar app keeps itself up to date from it.
The sync is one-way: bookings appear in your calendar, but changes you make in the calendar do not change Kuuply.
Generate a calendar link
- Go to Settings → Connected Calendars.
- Choose Generate.
- Enter a description so you remember who or what the link is for, for example “Front desk phone”.
- Choose a Location, or leave All locations.
- Choose Create link, then Copy link.
Add the link to your calendar app
In your calendar app, add a new calendar by subscribing to a URL, and paste the link. Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar all support this. The option is usually called something like “From URL”, “Subscribe from web” or “New calendar subscription”. Check your calendar app’s help if you cannot find it.
Your calendar app decides how often it refreshes, so a new booking can take a while to show up.
Limit a link to one location
Create one link per location to give each site its own calendar, or to share only one location’s bookings with someone.
Revoke a link
Anyone with a link can see the bookings it covers, so treat it like a password and create a separate link for each person or device.
To stop a link working, go to Settings → Connected Calendars and choose Revoke on it. Calendars using that link stop updating. Other links are not affected.
