Offer local delivery
With local delivery, customers can ask you to bring the items to them and collect them afterwards. The fee is calculated from the distance and added to the booking.
Enable the Local Delivery add-on
- Go to Add-ons and choose Enable on Local Delivery.
- Tick Enabled so customers can opt in to delivery at checkout.
- Fill in the settings below and choose Save.
Distance unit and minimum fee
- Unit of distance – kilometre or mile.
- Minimum fee – the lowest fee you charge per delivery, however short the trip.
Choose a cost model

If the calculated fee is lower than the minimum fee, the minimum fee is charged.
Address lookup with Google
Under Geolocation service provider, choose how the distance is worked out:
- Google – customers type their address with autocomplete, and the distance from your location is calculated for them. Google may charge you for this service.
- None – customers enter the distance from your location as a number.
To use Google, first go to Add-ons, choose Connect on Google and enter your Google API key. The same key powers address autocomplete and maps elsewhere in Kuuply.
Make sure your locations have a correct address under Settings → Locations, because distances are measured from there.
Add delivery to a booking
Deliveries ordered in the online store are added to the booking automatically. To add one yourself:
- Open the booking and find Delivery.
- Choose Add delivery.
- Choose the Delivery Direction: Both ways, Delivery only or Return only.
- Enter the address, quantity and delivery fee.
On a delivery, choose Show on map to see the address or Get directions to open the route.
